To be successful you must have the following:
- Proficiency in 12d is essential
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in civil design
- Land development experience highly regarded
- Infrastructure design experience also considered (roads, drainage, transport, water)
- Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaborative mindset
- Relevant engineering or drafting qualification
