Our client is a respected construction firm based in Artarmon, NSW, with over 27 years of success delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs and refurbishments. With a strong reputation for client satisfaction, safety, and collaboration, the business is entering an exciting growth phase — and this newly created HSE Manager role is central to that future.
About The OpportunityThis is a newly created role in the marketing team, where some of your responsibilities will include:

Promote a proactive, positive HSE culture across all teams and project sites

Provide operational guidance and oversight of all HSE matters
-
Conduct regular inspections and audits across office and site environments
-
Develop and implement HSE training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Report on HSE outcomes, risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
The successful candidate will bring:
-
5+ years’ experience in HSE specifically within the construction industry

A Diploma or Degree in Work Health and Safety (Cert IV minimum required)

A proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams

Excellent communication skills and strong reporting capability

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore is highly regarded

Exposure to ISO audits (desirable)
