About The OpportunityThis is a newly created role in the marketing team, where some of your responsibilities will include:
Promote a proactive, positive HSE culture across all teams and project sites
Provide operational guidance and oversight of all HSE matters
Conduct regular inspections and audits across office and site environments
Develop and implement HSE training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Report on HSE outcomes, risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
The successful candidate will bring:
5+ years’ experience in HSE specifically within the construction industry
A Diploma or Degree in Work Health and Safety (Cert IV minimum required)
A proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams
Excellent communication skills and strong reporting capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore is highly regarded
Exposure to ISO audits (desirable)
