Your role will cover:

• Running smaller crews and supporting supervisors day-to-day

• Reading and interpreting plans with confidence

• Ensuring safety, pace and workmanship are maintained

• Helping organise materials, gear, and site setups

• Being a reliable link between the crew and site leadership

You’re the person who sets the tone on site — leading from the front and driving structure.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Running daily operations, pre-starts, toolbox talks and crew coordination

• Planning works ahead, managing pour sequences, and overseeing formwork cycles

• Working closely with PMs & engineers, tracking materials, and keeping site moving

• Maintaining safety, quality and program delivery across the board

• Bringing 3+ years of leadership experience on commercial/residential structures

We want leaders who stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and elevate the entire crew.

Ideal for those who want to learn a trade, build a long-term career, and aren’t afraid of physical work.
No experience needed — just the right attitude.

• Assisting carpenters, leading hands, and the wider crew while learning on the job

• Basic tool handling, material prep, stripping, cleaning, and site support

• General labour duties while learning the flow of formwork, reo and concrete

• Turning up, working hard, staying reliable, and showing you want to grow

• Building the foundation skills to become a qualified carpenter or formworker

• Physically fit and ready for hard labour

• Willing to learn and able to take instruction

• Reliable, consistent, and able to work as part of a crew

• Someone who wants a real career, not just a job
