We’re on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the crew at Clancy’s Fish Pub Canning Bridge — a much-loved riverside pub known for good food, cold beer, live music, and great company.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations across bar, floor, and kitchen
Leading and motivating a passionate team with energy and professionalism
Driving great customer experiences through genuine hospitality
Assisting with rostering, stock control, compliance, and staff training
Bringing ideas to the table to keep our venue vibrant and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a busy hospitality venue
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach — you’re the type to jump behind the bar or lend a hand on the floor when needed
RSA and Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
A love for live music, seafood, and local community vibes
