Front of House – Chiara Wine Bar (Collins Square)
Located in the heart of the stunning Collins Square precinct, Chiara is on the lookout for passionate, energetic FOH professionals who can hit the ground running and bring their personality to the floor.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who loves hospitality but values work-life balance. We operate Monday to Friday, during corporate hours — that means no late nights, no weekends, and no public holidays. Yes, you read that right. Approximately 25-30 Hours per week, with options to pick up additional shifts in our sister venues.
Chiara Wine Bar
Lunches Monday to Friday as well as a Dinner/Aperitivo service Wednesday to Friday, Chiara is the go to in Collins Square for a intimate dining experience or something quick if you're in a rush. Think italian classics with a twist, delicious cocktails and an extensive European/Australian Wine list.

You’ll be part of a positive, professional, and well-supported group where senior management is hands-on, approachable, and invested in your growth and development.
You’ll Bring:Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of bar and floor operations
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Drive to deliver memorable service and boost sales
A warm, professional approach with great energy and guest rapport
A valid RSA
Monday to Friday only — no weekends or public holidays
Two weeks off over Christmas and New Year
