A leading Western Australian-owned civil and road construction company, with operations in Perth and Albany, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead and expand its Albany branch. Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide strategic leadership and direction to a core team of 60+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture.

·        Drive business growth by expanding the client base, securing new contracts, and strengthening existing relationships.

·        Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow regional operations.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

·        Oversee tendering and quoting processes, ensuring competitive and profitable submissions.

·        Oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of civil and road construction projects.

·        Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

·        Manage resources effectively, including workforce planning, equipment, and materials.

·        Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures to drive profitability.

·        Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

·        Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
