Soumah is located in the heart of Yarra Valley, 10 minutes drive from the township of Healesville. We produce award winning wines, focussing on emerging and interesting varietals from Northern Italy with these influences carrying through to Ai Fiori our northern Italian inspired restaurant. Our kitchen is open seven days a week serving lunch from 11.30am - 4pm, Sunday through Thursday and open from 11.30am to 8pm on Friday and Saturday.
Reporting to our Head Chef, Jak, we are looking for someone to join our team who has previous experience in a similar role and lives within a reasonable commute to Soumah, under 30-minutes.
We are looking for applicants with the following:
- a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- time management and organizational skills
- weekend availability essential
