Facilities Management leader, supporting a distinguished client. You’ll work with a dedicated on-site team ensuring the smooth running of commercial assets across operations, maintenance, and compliance.
As the
Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and collaborative workplace environment. This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day facilities operations, stakeholder engagement, contractor coordination, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers with facilities-related queries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services are reported, tracked, and resolved promptly.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring services are delivered safely, on time, and to contractual standards.
- Approval of Word Orders, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost control to ensure delivery within agreed targets.
- Ensure compliance with company Quality Management (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Environmental Management (EMS) systems.
About You
- Proven background in Facilities Management or Property Management, ideally across commercial or industrial assets.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Confident in managing multiple contractors and service providers.
- Proactive, self-managed, and adaptable with a commitment to service excellence.
Contract Details
- Contract 1: ASAP start – 31 December | Eastern Suburbs | Own transport required
- Contract 2: 27 October 2025 – 27 January 2026 | Sydney CBD location
- Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (on-site)
- Rate: $50 – $55 per hour + Super
- Eligibility: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. Immediate availability preferred.
