Position: Early Childhood Teacher (minimum 2 years’ experience)

Kin Early Learning Centre at Uriarra Road is looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team in our preschool room. This is your opportunity to work in a supportive, values-driven environment committed to providing exceptional education and care.

About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Kin, you’ll lead and inspire learning through a play-based, Reggio-inspired curriculum that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. You will work collaboratively with our educational team to design engaging programs, support school readiness, and build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (approved by ACECQA) – essential

• NESA accredited teacher

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Early Childhood Teaching role

• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and child-led learning approaches

• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) – essential

• First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

• A commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional growth
