What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare detailed estimates, tenders, and submissions for projects ranging from $500K to $6M
- Interpret plans, specifications, and drawings to produce accurate pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with directors and internal teams to ensure timely and competitive submissions
- Contribute to process improvements and value-engineering initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience as an Estimator in commercial fitouts or construction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
