Collar Care is seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team for casual aged care shifts across WA’s Wheatbelt region. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver person-centred nursing care to elderly residents
Monitor clinical standards and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Administer medications and oversee care plans
Support and mentor care staff to maintain high standards of service
Liaise with residents’ families and allied health professionals
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Previous experience in aged care (or strong interest in the sector)
Excellent clinical decision-making and time management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate, respectful, and resident-focused approach
