We're hiring Full-time Front of House Superstar!
Are you passionate about great coffee, warm hospitality, and keeping a busy cafe running like a dream? We're looking for an experienced Front of house All-rounder to join our team and help create the welcoming, buzzing atmosphere our guests love.
About the role:
This is a full-time role covering opening to closing shifts, weekdays, and weekends. You'll be the face of our cafe - greeting regulars by name, making newcomers feel right at home, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering a smooth, professional FOH service across busy breakfast, lunch , and dinner shifts
Brewing top - quality coffee under pressure-you know your way around a machine
Leading the guest experience with warmth and personality
supporting the team to keep service running smoothly, even when it's flat out
What we're looking for:
3+ years' experience in similar cafe/restaurant roles
Strong coffee skills - speed, quality, and consistency
Confident, calm, and proactive during bus periods
excellent communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and a team player
