• Direct mentorship from Dr Ned Restom, co-founder of the Australasian Implant Academy – gain hands-on guidance from one of Australia’s leading implant clinicians. Access to his new GA facility for one on one mentorship is available for full arch or single implants.

• You’ll also receive mentorship from Dr Dave O’Dowling, a Diplomate in implantology with an MSc in Oral Implantology and deep experience in advanced implant surgery and digital restorative workflows

• Onsite orthodontist and prosthetist – enjoy true multidisciplinary support (and never do dentures again!).

• 45% commission, FIFO 7-on / 7-off from Perth – earn $400K–$600K+ annually (many of our clinicians gross $1M+).

• Accommodation and car provided.

• CPD allowance through Rural Health West (up to $10K/year).

• Advanced digital workflows – CEREC machine, Trios scanner, CBCT, OPG, Lat Ceph, digital printer, DSLR imaging.

• Sedation & GA dentistry – IV, oral, nitrous oxide.

We’re after a dentist who:

• Loves dentistry and thrives on continual learning.

• Is passionate about AI, CEREC, digital dentistry, and technology-driven workflows.

• Wants to be part of something bigger — our Smile On Clinics network connects nearly 100 dentists and specialists across Australia via active WhatsApp mentoring and case-sharing groups.

• Enjoys collaboration through bi-monthly operator meetings and mentorship sessions.

• Delivers ethical, high-quality, patient-centered care.

• AHPRA registration (essential)

• Professional indemnity insurance

• 6 years’ experience preferred

• Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and growth

• Must be competent in single implant placement, bone grafting - (sinus lifts would be a bonus)

• Willing to mentor the and contribute to the team
