An exciting opportunity for a Group Leader ready to step into an Educational Leader role — with dedicated off-the-floor time to lead and inspire.

We are located on the grounds of Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School in Springfield Lakes. At Good Shepherd, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and grow.
Our natural outdoor play spaces and thoughtfully designed learning areas offer a unique setting for educators to deliver play-based, child-centred programs that foster creativity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program
- Supporting children to grow and develop and committing to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy, safe and nurturing environment.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy.
- Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard
- Effective workplace communication skills
