Trades Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Grader Roller Multi Skilled Operator's for a 6-week remote road construction project in Birdsville, QLD.
About the Role
You'll be working on a major road construction project, operating a Final Trim Grader with precision and efficiency. Experience operating Rollers and holding an MC Truck Licence are highly desirable and will be considered favorably.
Duties include:
- Operating a Final Trim Grader to meet production and quality targets
- Pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and general equipment care
- Operating other plant as required (e.g. Roller)
- Collaborating with site teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Complying with all WHS and environmental protocols
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating a Final Trim Grader
- Proven background in civil or road construction projects
- Roller experience highly desirable
- MC Truck Licence highly regarded
- Construction White Card
- HR or higher-class licence
- A strong safety-first attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work and live in a remote location for the project duration 6 weeks
