As a Room Leader / Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Dalby

• Work in a full-time capacity between operating hours 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
• Goodstart Dalby is rated "Meeting" by ACECQA in November 2024, a reflection of our commitment to high-quality education and continuous improvement.
• With 5 rooms and space for 74 children, our centre layout allows educators to focus on quality interactions and meaningful connections.
• Work with highly experienced Centre Director and Leadership team

You'll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
