We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Financial Operations to lead our Disbursements team at our Yatala site.

As the Team Leader, Financial Operations, you’ll oversee a high-performing team responsible for the accurate and timely disbursement of consignor funds from auction activities. You’ll manage and train your team, support audit and compliance requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and innovation.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll balance leadership, problem-solving, and transactional oversight to ensure exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, developing, and supporting the Disbursements and Review teams.

• Overseeing the accurate payment of consignor funds and settlement reconciliations.

• Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and internal audit requirements.

• Managing month-end activities and assisting with journal entries and reporting.

• Collaborating with internal teams across APAC to resolve issues and streamline processes.

You’re a natural leader with a passion for financial accuracy and process improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can balance hands-on problem-solving with strategic oversight.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in Accounting or a related field, CPA/CA preferred.

• 5+ years post-grad experience, ideally in a commercial environment.

• Previous experience in team leadership within finance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
