What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients with existing life insurance policies – guiding them through updates, renewals, premium changes, and more.
- Support retention efforts by providing tailored advice, resolving client issues with care, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Offer comparison quotes and assist with new applications when clients are ready to explore their options.
- Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our loyal customer base.
- Build relationships with underwriters and case managers to ensure smooth processes and great outcomes.
- Work closely with our offshore retention team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retention, or a related field.
- Experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus – but not essential.
- Confidence handling client objections, complaints, and navigating compliance.
- A genuine customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to spot new opportunities to support and retain clients.
