Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding, discreet and professional customer service.
Assist customers with product information and personalised recommendations.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and stock levels.
Process sales and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Contribute to a positive team culture and help achieve store goals.
About You
Friendly, approachable and professional with strong communication skills.
You present yourself with maturity, professionalism, and a genuine care for customer comfort and discretion.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when required.
Comfortable working in an adult retail environment.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
Available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster, particularly over the Christmas and New Year period.
