About the role
Your Role in this work:
This is a full-time position with a steady flow of work. We receive new vacant houses regularly, and most projects need to be started and completed within two weeks. Our office coordinates preferred contractors for sub-trades like plumbing, cleaning, and pest control, while handling electrical work and small repairs with our own in-house team.
Typical jobs include: safety switch installations, wiring repairs, switchboard upgrades, and electrical system checks for vacant houses. We also handle NDIS client modifications, meaning you'll work on projects like installing or upgrading electrical systems for home accessibility and safety.
You’ll need to be comfortable using a mobile Work App to receive job details, update times, and note any additional work required. We use SimPro, which integrates directly with suppliers like Bunnings for purchases. Training on the app will be provided, and Team Leaders and the office are always available for support.
You will be based in Brisbane, servicing both northern and southern areas of the city.

Skills and experience:
Electrical Trade Papers
Maintenance experience is highly valued
Refrigeration/Aircon licence is a huge advantage
