Are you a hands-on Maintenance Electrician looking to join a high-performing engineering team in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment? Our client, a leading player in their sector, is seeking a proactive and skilled technician to support operations across multiple sites.
Your new role
- Preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Installation and commissioning of electrical systems and control panels.
- Supporting production workflow improvements and automation projects.
- Collaborating with internal and external trades (electrical, plumbing, metalwork).
- Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Working autonomously on maintenance schedules and project work.
What you'll need to succeed
- "Can-do" attitude with strong accountability.
- Team-oriented and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work under pressure and enjoy hands-on tasks.
- Valid car licence (mandatory).
- Forklift licence (preferred or willing to obtain).
- Electrical trade licence.
- Experience in industrial electrical work and hazardous environments.
- Knowledge of PLCs and robotics (Kawasaki experience highly regarded).
- Familiarity with induction furnaces, combustion systems, and pneumatics.
- Ability to design and build control systems.
