We're looking for an experienced or senior Buyer's Agent to join our award-winning team at Property Wizards.

This flexible, remote role offers strong earning potential and a clear pathway to senior and management positions for the right person.

The Role

• Represent clients with skill and integrity through the buying journey.

• Research suburbs and properties using a mix of data analysis and local insight.

• Build strong agent relationships and uncover off-market opportunities.

• Present carefully assessed options that fit each client's goals.

• Negotiate contracts and terms to protect client interests.

• Guide clients clearly and professionally from start to finish.

Once trained, you'll work independently with the support of a high-performing and collaborative team. You'll have the freedom to manage your days, backed by a team that shares knowledge and always has your back.

About You

You're an experienced professional who brings sound judgement, initiative and genuine care for your clients. You know property inside out and you're confident working independently once trained.

• Proven Buyer's Agent or property acquisition experience.

• Skilled in property research, negotiation and remote buying.

• Familiar with suburb analysis through platforms like SuburbsFinder, Stash or HTAG.

• Strong understanding of property investment, off-market sourcing and residential strategy.

• Real estate licence or registration (or equivalent qualification).

• Must hold a valid WA or VIC real estate licence or registration.
