The Client
A specialist consultancy provider to property investors, providing advice and solutions to those who are looking to build their property portfolio = professional owners. With a vast knowledge of the Perth property market, you will be exposed to other areas of real estate, in turn expanding your current knowledge and skill set.
The Position
Working in a heavily supported team within their residential division, you will manage a small portfolio of 35 properties with a handful of owners. SUPPORT = shared PM admin, leasing agent, and outsourced PCR's! Junior Property Managers will conduct their own routine and final inspections.

The Candidate
- Completed or almost completed your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION
- 1 year experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Agent looking for your first, small portfolio.
- Tidy presentation and a team player approach
- Strong ethics and integrity
- To $70k + super + fuel allowance + Parking!
- WFH x 1 day per week after probation
