Studio Protect are seeking a Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Specialist to join our small close-knit team. If you have experience in specialist paint correction and the application of ceramic coatings this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

Studio Protect are seeking candidates with a passion for providing the best possible service and who take meticulous pride in their work. You will work closely with the business owner to deliver top-tier paint correction, ceramic coating applications, and high-level paint finishing. SP are ideally seeking experienced candidates, especially if you are skilled in ceramic coating application.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Performing paint correction at various levels

• Conducting ceramic coating applications (training available if needed)

• Problem-solving and working independently on various vehicle projects

• Additional responsibilities as required

About You 

You will have a passion for cars and take immense pride in your work. Studio Protect is not your average car detailer — we focus on high-end paint finishes, “we don’t wash cars.” You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. 

The role requires a common familiarity with mechanical tools, along with a keen attitude to learn and be enthusiastic about developing your knowledge and able to adapt to new ways of working.

You will be methodical, have a high regard for safety, and like to maintain a spotless and organised workspace. If you are some who ensures perfection when it comes to attention to detail and the quality of work you produce, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Meticulous with an exceptional attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines

• Comfortable using mechanical tools and willing to learn new skills

• Adaptable and eager to develop expertise in ceramic coatings and paint correction

• Focused on maintaining a safe and clean work environment

• Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and manoeuvring equipment safely

• Driver’s License and Employment Police Check
