This boutique Residential Builder has been specialising in luxury Custom builds across Perth for a number of years and has firmly established themselves as a leader in delivering high-quality projects and detailed finishes. Working closely with their clients on every build, the Directors provide a hands-on approach through all stages of the work.
With a list of awards to their name and off the back off another year of growth they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who will be responsible for handling 2-3 luxury builds at one time up to $6M.

You will be proficient in the following:
Excellent communication skills are essential and while being given autonomy to run your projects, being a team member is a must! You will be working with a fantastic group of individuals & Directors that give back to their team. With the business going from strength to strength, they are looking for someone they can invest in the long term.

- Liaise with and coordinate all trades/suppliers
- Liaise with clients and keep them up to date with their homes
- Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
- Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames
- Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
- Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition
