This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a high-performing women's fashion store. You'll be responsible for driving team results, maintaining exceptional visual standards, and creating a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

What will you be doing?
Lead and inspire a motivated retail team to deliver outstanding results
Manage daily store operations, including rostering, stock, and visual merchandising
Drive sales and KPIs through strong floor leadership and customer engagement
Coach and develop your team to achieve performance and career growth
Uphold brand standards and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience

A passionate and experienced retail leader with proven store management experience
Hands-on, organised, and confident in leading from the front
Strong visual merchandising and operational skills
Driven to achieve results and build a high-performing culture

$75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Bonus
