We’re looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter to join the Navybox Constructions team.
You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople on a range of residential and light commercial projects, learning every part of the carpentry trade — from framing and fix-outs to decking and finishing work.

🔨 What You’ll Be DoingAssisting tradesmen with framing, cladding, decking, and fit-out work
Using and maintaining hand and power tools safely
Reading plans and following instructions accurately
Keeping the worksite clean and safe
Attending TAFE and completing all required coursework
Genuine interest in becoming a qualified carpenter
Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
Good attitude and strong work ethic
White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
Supportive team environment where apprentices are valued
Ongoing mentoring and on-the-job training
Variety of projects and steady year-round work
