We're a growing Property Management company known for our professional service, client care, and collaborative team culture. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager & Administrator to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management. You'll assist our Property Managers in day-to-day operations, handle administrative duties, and help ensure our tenants and landlords receive exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with property inspections, maintenance requests, and lease administration
Managing correspondence with tenants, owners, and contractors
Maintaining and updating property records and databases
Supporting senior Property Managers with documentation and reporting
Processing invoices, rent payments, and compliance paperwork
Providing general office and administrative support
You're a proactive, organized, and friendly professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in delivering excellent service and are keen to learn the ropes of property management.
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong administrative and communication skills
High attention to detail and good time management
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (and ideally property management software)
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not essential)
A valid driver's license
Well maintained and presentable vehicle
Supportive, friendly, and experienced team environment
