Kindergarten Teacher

Locations: Tallangatta, Bellbridge, Corryong, Walwa

In this role, you’ll

• work alongside the Centre Manager to deliver quality services

• provide positive leadership, coaching and support to the educators

• provide a high-standard program in line with regulations and requirements

• have the opportunity to attend paid professional development

To be successful, you’ll

• hold a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or Bachelor Early Childhood Education with experience teaching in a pre-school environment

• have strong organisational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills

• have an excellent understanding of and ability to apply policies, standards, and regulations, into the teaching program

• understand the issues and needs that affect young children and their families, and have

• experience in applying strategies to support inclusive practice and positive outcomes for children

• be experienced in providing a positive team culture through leadership and staff management
