In this role, you’ll
work alongside the Centre Manager to deliver quality services
provide positive leadership, coaching and support to the educators
provide a high-standard program in line with regulations and requirements
have the opportunity to attend paid professional development
To be successful, you’ll
hold a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or Bachelor Early Childhood Education with experience teaching in a pre-school environment
have strong organisational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
have an excellent understanding of and ability to apply policies, standards, and regulations, into the teaching program
understand the issues and needs that affect young children and their families, and have
experience in applying strategies to support inclusive practice and positive outcomes for children
be experienced in providing a positive team culture through leadership and staff management
