About Us

We are a dynamic and growing company specialising in air conditioning service work across the greater Brisbane area. Our commitment to exceptional customer service is the foundation of our success, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to support our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute their skills while developing and growing with the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team.

In this pivotal role, you will handle a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Bank & credit card Reconciliations

  • Payroll & Superannuation support

  • Processing supplier invoices

  • Preparing and sending client invoices, including uploading to portals

  • Managing progress claims for large-scale projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely processing

  • Providing additional support to the project team as required

  • Managing our Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Follow up on overdue accounts with clients

  • Undertake other financial and administrative responsibilities as required

We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:

  • A high attention to detail

  • Proven Payroll Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with cloud-based service scheduling programs like SimPRO is highly desirable. 

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. 

  • Xero accounting software experience

  • SimPRO experience is desirable but not essential

  • A willingness to adapt and grow with the business
