Steel Shop Detailer Draftsperson
We are seeking a full-time shop detailer/draftsperson with experience in the steel industry and with either Advance Steel or Tekla software.
About the role
Produce fabrication and detailed shop drawings.
An understanding of metal fabrication (handrails, stairs, structural steel) is a must
Previous experience with robot beamlines and welders will be advantageous
Ensure compliance policies and procedures.
Communicate with other departments
Requirements:
Experience with Advance Steel or Tekla Software is essential
Knowledge/experience in Australian Steel construction.
Enjoy a variety of projects to work on.
Diploma in Engineering/Drafting or Tradesman with drafting experience.
A cover letter MUST be submitted with your resume outlining your experience with Advance Steel or Tekla Software and your working availability (Perm resident or visa, days, hours)
This position is full-time, working from our Bibra Lake offices. This is not a remote/freelance position!
Remuneration will be discussed during interviews depending on experience. A
salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 will be on offer for the successful candidate..
