Join a leading company in Silverwater as a Credit/Collections Officer and become part of a small, dynamic, and supportive team. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll manage a ledger of accounts and play a key role in maintaining financial health through proactive collections and account management.
This role offers variety beyond collections, including banking and allocations, opening new accounts, and reviewing credit limits. You’ll liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, making communication and collaboration essential.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound/inbound calls and emails for collections
- Perform banking and payment allocations
- Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Generate and distribute invoices and statements
- Process credit applications and open new accounts
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
- Post journals and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
About You: - Proven experience in Credit Control or Collections
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
