Senior Property Manager | Up to $100K | Family Oriented Team

Are you a mature, experienced Property Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior PM with 5+ years’ experience to manage a 150–160 property portfolio in a supportive, professional team environment.

What’s on Offer:
  • $90K+ base + super + 100% commission on all new business
  • Monday–Friday with only 1 Saturday in 5 (time in lieu on Fridays)
  • A stable, experienced team with low turnover
  • Quarterly team socials + weekly Friday lunches
  • Work in a structured, well-run environment with strong systems and support
About You:
  • 2+ years’ property management experience, with a solid, stable employment history
  • Proficient in PropertyMe, IRE and Inspection Express
  • Mature, professional and reliable - someone who values long-term growth
  • Strong communicator who enjoys delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants
  • Motivated by opportunities to manage a large portfolio and grow new business
Your Role:
  • Take ownership of a 150–160 property portfolio: leasing, maintenance, inspections, arrears and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Drive new business and earn 100% commission on all growth
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain structure, efficiency, and a positive culture
