Salary up to $90K per annum plus superannuation (negotiable)
Selection Criteria
You have extensive experience in business operations (Animal industry experience will be highly regarded.)
You have a qualification in business management or extensive relevant experience
You must love animals!
You are someone who has the ability to build great relationships with primary care vets and current clients, as well as growing and developing the referral base
You are highly organised, and detail orientated
You are solutions focussed
You are self-motivated and driven
You love working autonomously and are always one step ahead to support the business owners
You love that no two days will be the same and really are a jack of all trades
You may have some HR experience – however we can provide further training and support in this area if required
You are IT savvy
You love ensuring your team are happy and engaged
You are someone people are drawn to and trust – always leading by example to harness the success, growth, and development of others
You are a great listener with the ability to collaborate, cooperate and compromise
People are drawn to you for your warm engaging communication style – even when conversations are tough
