Now they're on the lookout for a hands-on Store Manager to take the lead at their well-established Wagga Wagga store. You'll run the show day-to-day, guide a small and passionate team, and help customers find their perfect sleep solution in a consultative, service-first environment.
What you'll bring...:
- Previous Management experience (home & lifestyle preferred)
- Strong customer focus with a warm, professional manner
- Confident in consultative selling and upselling
- Great stock and operational skills
- Able to lead by example and create a supportive, accountable team environment
- Be physically able to help move furniture!
