Fetch Mining Services are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our fast growing owner operator client in WA for an ASAP start on a long term 8/6 Roster.
This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting growing mining company without the red tape.
About the role:
- Assist site personnel in the development of operational procedures and work instructions with ongoing reviews on how effective the implantation is
- Assist with the development of safe work procedures
- Assist HR team with identifying any training needs
- Implementation of the training and education programs of employees on the HSE systems and procedures of the business
- Assist with the coordination of VOC Processes
- Ensure all HSE information is communicated at each pre start meeting
- Completing of internal audits in accordance with schedule
- Assist in compiling monthly reporting requirements
- Ensure ongoing compliance of staff with the companies Safe Work Procedures (SWP's)
- Enter all incident details into the company platform
- Provide the site with leadership and assistance in the development of a safety culture and environment which is consistent across all safety-critical function

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role on a mine site
- Previous experience working for an owner operator or production mining contractor
- ICAM Trained with experience in conducting ICAM and RCA investigations
- Experience with audit conduction
- Competent with a computer and using Microsoft
- HAZOP Process experience
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in developing and providing safety training
- HSE Qualifications
- TAE (Desirable)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
- Reliability
- Great attitude
