We’re seeking passionate, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Mollymook Plus Hosts.
This diverse and rewarding role combines gaming, reception, bottle shop, and Plus Bus (courtesy service) responsibilities, offering variety and opportunities to engage with members and guests across the Club.

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the Club

• Safely operate the Plus Bus to transport members and guests between venues and local destinations

• Provide professional service in the bottle shop and gaming room, ensuring compliance with RSA and RCG standards

• Maintain a clean and professional presentation

• Support the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

• Extreme passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences

• Current RSA and RCG competency cards (mandatory)

• Current driver’s licence suitable for operating the Plus Bus

• Availability to work a range of shifts between 9am and 2:30am, including weekends and public holidays

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
