Owner updates & weekly reports – provide concise feedback after opens and simple activity summaries (written comms, stakeholder care).
Key management – tag/cut keys and maintain tidy key records (organisation, accountability).
Ingoings (assist as needed) – complete detailed ingoing inspection reports when required (flexibility, teamwork).
System updates & file compliance – keep CRM records current and communicate proactively with the team (tech-savvy, collaboration).
As you progress, you’ll also assist with:
Applications – process and verify documentation (accuracy, judgement).
Rent increase CMAs – prepare market evidence (research, numeracy).
Lease renewals – draft documents and liaise with tenants/owners (administration, negotiation basics).
A people-person with a proactive, can-do attitude who thrives in a busy team environment:
Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service instincts.
Organised and reliable - you manage time well and meet deadlines.
Team player who takes initiative and asks smart questions to learn quickly.
Immaculate presentation and a welcoming manner.

Prior customer service experience valued; real estate exposure helpful but not essential.
On-the-job training & mentoring with clear milestones towards managing your own portfolio.
A welcoming, team-oriented culture where helping each other is the norm.
Competitive package, tools and support to do your best work.
Long-term growth in a respected, award winning real estate agency.
