Are you looking for a unique opportunity that combines living onsite with fulfilling work and offers a strong sense of purpose? Welshmans Reef Caravan Park is a bush caravan park situated on the shores of picturesque Cairn Curran Reservoir, near Maldon, Victoria.
We are currently seeking a friendly, passionate couple to join our team in a full-time Caretakers position on a contractor basis. This role is ideal for a couple with a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and a background or some experience in commercial cleaning, grounds maintenance and basic handyman skills. The successful candidates will be responsible for general caretaking of the park, including maintenance of the property, ensuring the comfort of our annual site holders and casual campers, and day-to-day operations.
This position would be particularly desirable for a semi-retired couple looking for a change of lifestyle while maintaining a rewarding role.

Responsibilities:
· Front office administration
· Ensure that the grounds, gardens, common areas and facilities are maintained to a high standard and are always well presented.
· Provide exceptional & timely customer service and communication to both annual site holders & casual campers.
Ideally you will have:
· Prior experience in a similar role – customer service or hospitality-based roles will be looked upon favourably.
· Experience in regular ground maintenance.
· Experience in commercial cleaning.
· Current First aid certificate.
· Demonstrated computer skills.

· Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
· Hold a current driver’s license.
· Has the ability to resolve minor disputes and respond to emergencies calmly and professionally.
Suitable candidates may be required to undergo a Police Clearance check for this roll.
