Practice Manager– 12 Month Fixed-Term (Parental Leave Cover)
Location: Shenton Park, WA
Evolve Therapy Services, a thriving Occupational Therapy practice, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position covering parental leave, commencing 8 December 2025 (with a handover period until 23 December 2025) and concluding 23 December 2026.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting our clinicians to deliver high-quality therapy services to children and adults.
We offer a full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) within a small, supportive team of Occupational Therapists. This role has the option to work from home every second Friday.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to clients and their families.
Managing appointments and coordinating clinician schedules with precision and meticulousness.
Supporting and assisting OT’s with clinic preparation.
Handling billing and administrative tasks (EFTPOS/HICAPS, invoicing, service agreements, NDIS portal/PRODA and account follow-ups).
Monitor and maintain required equipment for the practice.
Ensuring the practice remains fully compliant with industry standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Supporting additional administrative activities as required to ensure the clinic and team is well supported.
The perfect candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills and be adept at working within a relaxed, small team environment, showing initiative and working autonomously when needed.
Essential CriteriaPrevious experience in allied health or medical administration is essential.
Experience with NDIS processes and systems would be highly regarded.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a professional manner.
Well-presented, with the ability to be the welcoming face of the practice.
Responsible and professional approach to handling confidential client data.
Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite and other web based systems.
Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (essential).
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per annum + Superannuation (12%)
