- 70% of billings, with an average daily earning potential of $2000-$2500
- $150 hourly guarantee for the first 3 months
- 2 RNs on-site 5 days a week for procedural support, Chronic Disease Management (CDM), and Care Plans
- Collaboration with visiting specialists, including a gynecologist and IVF specialist, to support women’s health services
- A dedicated Women’s Health Clinic serving the community for 6 years
- 12 consultation rooms, 10 with large windows offering plenty of natural light, providing a comfortable environment for both patients and GPs
- The team consists of 11 female GPs, with a strong retention rate; most have been with the clinic for 5-6 years
- 100% appointment-based, no walk-ins, with flexible appointment durations to accommodate doctors’ preferences
- A supportive and close-knit team culture, with regular clinical meetings and a shared focus on patient care and women's health
