Are you a senior nursing leader ready for an exciting, high-impact opportunity? We’re seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art day hospital in Sydney’s CBD.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the hospital from the ground up, making key operational and staffing decisions
- Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing nursing team
- Shape policies, procedures, and the culture of a modern, cutting-edge facility
- Drive excellence in clinical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Perioperative Nursing Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)
- 4+ years perioperative nursing experience
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (DON or similar)
- Be part of something entirely new and leave your mark on a premier facility
- Full autonomy in building and leading your team
