Our client is a major business within the FMCG industry, mainly working in meat production. This established business supplies major retailers Australia wide. They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter for an immediate start.

About the role:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections as per schedule
- Attend breakdowns/diagnose mechanical faults in order to minimise downtime
- Working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Adhere to GMP and HACCP principles to manage risk
- Interpreting drawings and manuals
About you/key skills and certifications:
- Trade qualified mechanical fitter (Certificate III or equivalent)
- Experience of maintenance and repairs in a fast paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent mechanical fault finding skills
