Our client, a Federal Government department, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who specialises in Automation and Virtualisation to support its objectives over the engagement period.
Key duties and responsibilities for the Senior Automation Infrastructure Engineer:
- Develop the Department's Aria Automation, NSX, Aria Operations & Site Recovery Manager;
- Maintain and enhance the Department's VMWare vSphere, Cloud Foundation environments and server infrastructure;
- Manage data centres, virtualisation, automation, storage, backup and restore capability;
- Produce design, build and operations documents for processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience require:
- Demonstrated experience in Aria Platform such as Aria Automation, Aria Orchestrator, and Aria Operations;
- Extensive experience in VMWare NSX;
- Demonstrated scripting and coding experience in PowerShell, PowerCLI, YAML and JavaScript.
