About the Role:

Manage delivery of construction projects across Capital Works, Minor New Works, Repairs and Maintenance, and Urgent Minor Repair programs.

Provide specialist advice in building and infrastructure project management.

• Develop scope and cost estimates for future projects.

• Oversee planning, design, procurement, documentation, and financial management.

• Ensure compliance with NT Building Act, Building Code of Australia, and Australian Standards.

• Travel to remote sites to manage project delivery.

About you:

• Relevant trade qualification or diploma in building or related technical field.

• Experience in building construction or project officer roles.

• Strong communication and technical skills.

• Knowledge of building industry practices and standards.

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, and reporting.

• Proven project management experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Cross-cultural competency and relationship-building skills.

• Current driver’s licence or ability to obtain one.
