Due to sustained business growth, they are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team based in Guildford.

What will this position entail?
- Provide hands-on HSE support to Perth metro and regional teams, ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Mentor leaders and workgroups to strengthen safety culture and adherence to HSE management systems.
- Facilitate and support incident investigations, ensuring preventative measures are implemented.
- Assist in developing and improving HSE systems, procedures, and training programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in safety meetings, Toolbox talks, and site inspections to promote proactive hazard management and awareness.
- Promote a positive, safety-first culture and continuous improvement across the business.
- Previous experience working in HSE, ideally within the mining and resources industry
- Knowledge on safety management plans, incident investigations and strategy improvements
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
- Current and valid Western Australian drivers licence.
