Are you an experienced and passionate chef ready to step into a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment? We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a well-known international hotel in the heart of Perth.

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences across a variety of outlets. This role requires a versatile professional who can confidently manage à la carte service, banquets, and in-room dining.

You'll rotate every two weeks across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring variety, balance, and plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills.

• Lead and support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality à la carte, banquet, and room service menus

• Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality across all services

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Support with menu planning, ordering, and stock control

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards are met

• Step up to cover the Head Chef when required

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up

• Confident across à la carte, banquet, and in-room dining service

• Able to thrive in a high-pressure, busy kitchen

• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
