HERE’S an exciting, fast paced opportunity to join a large team within Port Lincoln and one that services all types of vehicles from trucks to marine engines.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of stock, materials and consumables to support daily workshop operations PLUS supporting the spare parts team.
Your tasks will include:
Manage inventory & freight accurately through receipting & organised storage of goods.
Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
Providing parts Interpretation for Retail & Trade customers
Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
Process quotes/orders accurately & efficiently
Providing QUALITY customer service at all times
Administration tasks including record keeping & job card processing
TO be considered you MUST have:
High computer literacy
Proven communication skills both verbal and written.
Attention to detail & accuracy with numbers
Proven contributor to a highly performing team
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Fluent English both written and spoken
Current driver’s licence
FULL Australian working rights
