You will be required to assist with:
Answering phone calls and receive orders
Dispensing orders
Packaging of postage orders
Provide a high level of customer Service and product knowledge
Stock and inventory management
Maintaining optimal stock levels across the pharmacy
Ensuring the accurate and timely receipting, replenishment, and presentation of products, supporting both customer service and operational efficiency.
Skills and experience:Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician or Stock Controller
S2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded
Great communication skills and are proficient in English.
Work well in a team environment as well as being able to complete tasks autonomously.
Focus on customer service and sales.
A great problem solver and are outcome focused.
Willing to learn and grow at work. A pharmacy assistant looking to step up to a technician would be considered
