Baillie Hill is a bold new hospitality precinct opening in late 2025 in the heart of East Victoria Park. Bringing together restaurants, bars, and immersive experiences under one roof, Baillie Hill will be a vibrant hub for Perth’s food and drink scene — where community, creativity, and world-class service come together.
We’re now seeking two experienced and driven Venue Managers to join our opening leadership team — one for The Berwick Bar & Kitchen and one for Milly’s Acre. This is a rare opportunity to lead your own venue and help shape a landmark destination from the very beginning.
The RoleAs a Venue Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your venue’s operations and guest experience. You will:
Lead daily operations to deliver seamless, high-quality service
Inspire, train, and mentor your team to achieve excellence
Manage rosters, stock control, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company policies
Collaborate with senior management on precinct-wide events, activations, and initiatives
We’re looking for hospitality leaders who bring energy, expertise, and a people-first mindset. You’ll have:
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy, high-quality venue
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
Excellent operational knowledge and attention to detail
Experience managing rosters, budgets, and stock systems (Deputy, Now Book It, and Bepoz highly regarded)
Financial literacy and confidence interpreting P&Ls to drive profitability
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
A calm, professional approach in fast-paced environments
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading by example
